We may collect your name, email address, and phone number when you RSVP or join our mailing list. This information is used only to communicate with you about events hosted at our venue. We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without your consent.

photography & video

By attending a house concert, you acknowledge that photographs or video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes (our website, social media). If you prefer not to appear in photos or video, please notify the host upon arrival.

legal disclaimer - private event status

Our concerts are private, invitation-only events held in a private residence. Attendance is limited and managed by RSVP. Contributions or suggested donations collected at the door go directly to the performing artists.

liability waiver

By attending, guests agree to hold the hosts and performers harmless from any claims of injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.

health & safety

Guests are expected to respect the property and fellow guests, follow safety guidelines, and behave responsibly. Any guest not adhering to these standards may be asked to leave.

reservations required

Attendance is by invitation only. We would like to know who's coming and how many to expect. Our indoor listening room capacity is limited to about 50 people. Outdoors, we can accommodate larger groups...
